The Vineyard Connection has two divisions, wine and freight. Each has a team of specialists striving to deliver focused service and guidance to our clients.

The wine team have been proudly selling South African wine for over 12 years and our beautiful wine shop is situated in the heart of the Stellenbosch wine region at the foot of the majestic Simonsberg mountain.  Nestled on the Delvera farm on the famous R44 tourist route between world-famous estates such as Kanonkop and Laibach, our wineshop hosts daily wine tastings and the best possible selection of South African wines under one roof.

We offer over 200 labels, ranging from the CWG Auction selection, John Platter 5 Star wines, to easy drinking, good value wines.    In most cases, the wines have been tasted by our tasting panel to ensure that they are all guaranteed to over deliver in both terms of quality and value.

We pride ourselves in having an extensive knowledge of South African wines and are skilled at assisting all wine buyers in making their purchasing decisions. We attend regular tastings and auctions to ensure that we offer only top wine selections and the latest new releases. Our sales team is built around expertise and personalized service and have been involved in the selling of wines to discerning clients since 1995

Over the years we have had the privilege to host several well known wine reporters and tasters at our shop , such notables as Jancis Robinson, Robert Joseph, Oz Clarke, Tim Atkin, Steve Tanzer, Wine Enthusiast  European Editor Roger Voss and World Sommelier Champion Andreass Larsson. They were all impressed with our selection of top South African wines and have on numerous occasions made mention of us in their international publications and articles.
